how do you remove a module unless student passes a test at a certain grade,

For example, I would like to add a module at the end of the course titled "Congratulations! You did it" but can only be shown if the student not only passes the final exam, but also completes other assignments in the course. In the final Module, it would allow for students to download a pdf certificate of them completing the course.

@LJSeiff If every requirement is going to be available through a module, you can make each of those requirements of the modules they are in and then make those modules prerequisites of the final module. That will then allow content in the final module to be locked until folks complete those assignments, thus completing those modules.
