I am a teacher taking a PDE class on Canvas. The instructor has asked everyone to download a PDE Log form from Canvas to keep track of our hours.

I think it would be best to reach out directly to your instructor of the course for assistance with downloading the PDE log you need to keep track of your hours, as most of us here in the Community don't have direct access to your course or learning materials.
