FYI ... The link you provided to @JayPatel3142 is for instructors to view their edits to content "Pages" in a course.  That specific Guide is not meant for students.

@JayPatel3142 ... By chance, are you looking for the "Recent Activity" view on the Canvas Dashboard?  Or, are you looking for the "Recent History" when you click on the "History" button on the left-hand side global navigation menu?  I'll provide you links to both...
