Thank you for contacting the Instructure Community. We're sorry to hear you've been experiencing issues with logging into Kritik. This setup and integration is handled by your school or institution directly. Kritik is a peer assessment platform that can be integrated into your Canvas. If your login credentials for your school aren't working with the external tool, you'll need to speak with someone at the school to ensure it was set up properly at the root level. Hopefully this helps.
