lockdown browser

I have already install the  lockdown browser, but I kept on receiving alert that the browser is not compatible to canvas. I have exam to take and unable to do so. please help me. I used Macbook pro

I’m having the same problem, first time this has ever happened to me with lockdown browser what is going on I have an exam too!

I am having the same problem. I have made sure that my browser and lockdown are updated to the latest and appropriate browser but it is still saying that it is not and I have a Quiz to take. Please help!

@MarieKamara Have you tried to use incognito mode to see if this changes?
