Hello! today is my first day of classes for the fall semester. I am having trouble logging in to my account. I have tried multiple passwords and I checked spelling and everything. after a few tries I clicked on the forgot password button. when i had requested the email to reset it I never got an email. I have tried multiple times and I have been waiting for hours and still have not gotten an email.

As Mike stated, it would be best to reach out to local support at your University. It looks like they have a phone number and an e-mail address right under their "WELCOME" heading for you to use.
