hello i am trying to log into my account but i forgot my password and my number changed from the number i have on my account so i caant reset it because they try and send a text to my number that i dont have. how do i change the number or reset my password?

Hi @CoralynnBuchana,

You will need to contact someone at your school/institution (probably something like an IT help desk) to figure out what options you have to reset your password.  While we can answer a lot of questions here in the Instructure Community, we don't have access to your Canvas environment or account, so are unable to assist directly with something like this.
