i was able to send my instructor my PowerPoint a couple of times asking for feedback but now get an error message whenever I try to send it. I can still email her without the PowerPoint file but when I try to attach it a network error message pops up. does anyone know why?

That's frustrating. Here are some options you can try (I assume you are using the Conversations/Inbox to contact your instructor):
- Ask the instructor to reply to your message without an attachment and then see if you can attach the file to that new conversation
- Try with a different browser or (if available) computer
- Send it via direct email
If these don't work, the best option is to contact your local IT support team.
