pages take a LOT of time to load since last week 12/04/2022

HELLO, our instructure canvas "https://americana.instructure.com/" is extremely slow since 12/04, pages takes 20 to even 30 to 45seconds to charge now, can you guys help me see if its a acount problem or a user problem, what can i do? 

already tested on a lot of browsers, my coworkers have the same problem, pages take a LOT of time to load, no matter the internet nor the browser we use, everything take a crazy amount of time to load

Hello there, @carlos_gomez1 ...

This sounds like an issue that you should really take up with Canvas Support.  They would be able to investigate this further for you.  We here in the Canvas Community don't have access to your school's Canvas environment to help troubleshoot slowness issues like you have been experiencing.  Have you checked the Canvas status page at all?  You might be able to get some ideas there if something isn't running as smoothly as it should.

Also, at the top of the Instructure status page, you'll find a link where you can check the uptime of your own Canvas instance.  I put in your school's Canvas URL, and it looks like you've got a lot of green in your uptime report from January 17, 2022 through April 11, 2022.  Did the slowness start happening sometime between April 11th and today?  If so, that isn't showing just yet on the report.  But, I would recommend that you still reach out to Canvas Support about all of this.
