Trying to copy course content to set up classes for next semester and I'm having issues. Tried following instructions and here's my question.
There is no "Copy this Course" when I go to settings. There is only:
Course Status:
-Course Statistics
-Conclude this Course
-Import Course Content
-Export Course Content
How do I find the "Copy this Course"

Hi there, @wh2490 ...
I think this is something you are going to need to address with people at Columbia University. I spent a few minutes navigating around their website, and I found a page for their Center for Teaching and Learning department. Columbia CTL | Columbia Center for Teaching and Learning They may be able to help you with identifying where this button is. They may have hidden that button from instructors for some reason, but you'll need to have a conversation with folks at Columbia to know for sure. I hope this helps a bit. Good luck as you have these discussions!

Are you trying to "copy" a course or "import" a course???
The best way to set up a new course is "import" content into the new course. When you "import," you start with the new course shell and you bring content into it.
It sounds to me like you are trying to do the opposite: start from the old course and copy content into the new one. This works for copying an item or two.
However, when you're starting a new semester, you really want to "import," not "copy." Note that you can import "selected" content. Also, you can "remove" the old assignment dates.
