After an outage on September 1, the Instructure Community is now fully available, including guides, release notes, forums, and groups. If some styling still looks unusual, clear your cache and cookies.

The feature I loved most about the "Classic" Quiz was the ability to use short quizzes and isolate on students who missed certain questions via the "View Question Breakdown" (see attached). Am I missing this in the New Quiz function? As a formative tool, this can really target and drive instruction real-time and I miss it...

Thank you for contacting the Canvas Community. We're sorry to hear you've been experiencing issues with viewing question analytics in New Quizzes. Thanks for providing the screenshot. New Quizzes actually has more data and analytics based on the student submissions. You should be able to get question breakdowns like you had in classic mode plus more information. Here is the Canvas guide with good pictures and info:

Hi! In the Classic Quiz Question Breakdown you could click on the number of students that missed the question and a box would come up with the names of those who missed it. Is there anything like that in New Quizzes?
