Im having a problem with watching videos that one of my lecturers posted on a canvas page. In place of the videos, theres a sign-in button which if i click just downloads a document named “authredirectmsal” which is just blank. This is just for my laptop; when i do it on my phone, it brings me to a microsoft sign in page which is good.
To be honest Im guessing its a problem with the way ive set up my laptop but im hoping its a problem thats happened before and is a known easy fix. Any help would be appreciated.
Hello @RobGreig - my first thought was that the instructor may have copied content from a prior course and for some reason the link wasn't updated. But then you have noted that the phone shows the sign in page (but can you sign in and view the content?).
For the computer, check the web browser settings. So you have blocked third party cookies blocked by chance? Try allowing them for and reload the page.

For Canvas you need to “allow all cookies” on Google Chrome to have different tools work properly. Follow the outlined steps or visit the Chrome guide.
