Questions on student quiz not show for all students

Can you please provide some more details about your question?  Are you an instructor?  Are you a student?  Which quizzing interface are you using?  Current Classic Quizzes or New Quizzes?  What kinds of questions (multiple choice, true/false, matching, etc.) are not showing for some students?  Can you identify any common threads where certain questions aren't showing for students?  Or is it pretty random?  Any additional information would be helpful...thanks!

Very random students sitting next to each other one can take the Quiz and the other can't it said resume quiz.
