submission issue with google drive

Hello I am having trouble on the submission page in my early child development class for my upbringing paper assignment.

Submission type choose: google drive.

My drive is linked to my canvas, my google files show up when i select this option, I then choose the file press the submit button and then nothing happens the page refreshes. I tried to submit this document on my phone on my computer and laptop and the result is the same.

I wanted to provide a couple links for you because @jsowalsk mentioned incognito mode within your browser.  If you are unfamiliar with what this is (different browsers refer to it a bit differently), here are some links:
