how does one embedd a youtube video but with a specific time set lets say from 90min to 106 min?instead of starting from the start of the video

HI  @ldfcastaneda  Welcome to the Canvas Community.

Just embedding a video won't let you land at a certain point in the video. However, being explicit with your instructions to start at a certain time point might help.

I think that some LTIs have the facility to do this for you though eg. Panopto and Studio. Perhaps they are worth a look at?

This answer did not help at all.  I need a code to add into the embed code for specific start and end times for you tube video.  I can get the start time, but the code for the end time does not stop the video.  Here is what I am using   start=47&end=1027  I have also tried start=47;end=1027.  Can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong?

Are you wanting the video to start playing at 47 seconds and then stop playing at 10 minutes and 27 seconds (10:27)?  If so, your calculations are incorrect for the end time.  Instead of 1027, you'll need to use 627 ... which is:

60 seconds * 10 minutes = 600 seconds

600 + 27 seconds = 627

The 1027 that you specified would actually calculate to just over 17 minutes...which may be why your video was still playing for more time than you wanted.
