I am new to Canvas. I am an instructor. Is it possible to create one quiz that will have two separate quizzes within it?
For example, I oversee the internal promotional exam for my agency. The current promotional test is one all-encompassing exam but tests for two different job classes. The individuals that take the quiz can test for one job class or for both.
The way the exam is structured, the first 71 questions are for both job classes and then will parcel out from there to the two separate job classes.
So, questions 1-100 are for the one job class and then questions 1-71; 101-128 are for the second job class.
When the quiz is finished the person will see two different percentage scores.
Is it possible to structure a quiz this way?

Canvas does not support automatic reporting of groups of questions within a quiz. The easiest way to make this work within Canvas would be to split the test into two parts and have individuals take both parts.
That said, what is easiest for Canvas doesn't always meet the needs of the individual. Someone asked a similar question about 1.5 weeks ago. They wanted to extract individual scores per chapter where questions 1-20 were one chapter, 21-40 were a second chapter, and so on. I wrote a response about potential ways to accomplish this in that thread: Is it possible to calculate quiz subscores?
