I'm not sure that Canvas Community members will be able to assist you with your password. Normally, every school that uses Canvas as their LMS (Learning Management System) has their own process for login credentials (username/password). So, what may be true for one school may not be true for another school ... as far as signing in to Canvas is concerned. There are a few Guides (based on your role) that you could look at:

- How do I reset my Canvas password?
- How do I reset my password as an instructor?
- How do I change my login password as an instructor?
If those Guides don't help you, you're going to need to reach out to your school's Online Learning / eLearning / Distance Learning department. They should be able to help you with the password situation you've described.
