video buffering
Have been using Canvas for several weeks fine and now my videos are buffering. I use Chrome and it is the latest version. How do I fix this?

That would be awesome. But reporting a problem is not showing up in my canvas help menu.
I looked where they said it should be.

Hmmm...interesting. Do you know if you are using the Free For Teacher (FFT) version of Canvas, or does your school use a paid Canvas environment? If you are using the FFT version, your Canvas URL would start out something like:
https://canvas.instructure.com
But, if your school has paid for Canvas, then the URL would look something like:
https://SchoolName.instructure.com where SchoolName is the name of your school.
Unfortunately, I don't have specific contact info for you, however.
