There is no built-in "sandbox" on Canvas.  At some schools instructors are able to create (or have created for them) "sandbox courses" to test and develop content in, but that would be something that is set by your school.

@ShondaMcKinzie It depends on how your school sets them up if they are a manual process or get created by SIS. I would suggest contacting your institutional's support line.
