Thanks for the Appointment Group sign up feature working for observers!  

There are a couple of improvements that could be made to the appointment group process going forwards that I think might be worth mentioning:

• Students can sign up to two different appointments even if they are happening at the same time.  For example, if a English course has an appointment group with times for 5:00pm, 5:10pm, 5:20pm, 5:30pm, and a Maths course also has an appointment group on the same date with times for 5:00pm, 5:10pm, 5:20pm, 5:30pm, a student could book to see both English and Maths at 5:00pm.  This is clearly wrong as it creates a clash.
• The way that appointment times are selected is not simple for parents evenings.  For each subject, students have to find and close the appointment slots.  Instead, when overlapping appointment availability slots are detected, an alternative way of booking the slots could be displayed to make it easier for students/parents.  Here's an example of what the alternative view could look like:
