Canvas deploys contain code changes that are intended to fix bugs, improve performance, and prepare for new features. These deploys take place every two weeks and can be tested in the beta environment before the production deploy date indicated in the title of this document.

Summary
When an assignment, discussion or quiz has student submissions and cannot be unpublished, the green publish icon status is updated to display a muted green color.
Change Benefit
This update allows instructors to visibly see which assignments, discussions and quizzes have student submissions and cannot be unpublished.

Summary
Admin can upload internal Certificate Authority (CA) certs to Canvas for LDAP configuration.
Change Benefit
This change allows institutions that cannot use a trusted CA to configure their LDAP Identity Providers (IdP) as an internal CA.
Feature Workflow
In the Root Account, click the Authentication link.
For an LDAP IdP, upload an internal Certificate Authority.
A successful upload of an internal Certificate Authority displays the Subject Name, Not Valid Before and Not Valid After dates.
When the upload of an internal Certificate Authority is unsuccessful, an error message displays.

To expand the Rich Content Editor toolbar, click the More Options button.
Additional Details
Previously, the More Options button opened a floating toolbar with additional options which disappeared when a user clicked a button or clicked outside of the RCE. With this update, the expanded view remains throughout the session.
