Greeting ARTF102 Lecturer

I am writing to report an issue with ARTF submission. A 11 PM I've been staring at my Turnitin submission portal. I was constantly uploading, and my POE wouldn't submit up until 11:59. Now, I am here, lost and devastated. I do not know what to do. Is there a solution to this issue or is there a payment that must be made, because I spent too many nights on this project.
