Hi all,
I am a corporate user of Canvas. I am trying to add a learner to a course and I am getting an error message. I've opened a ticket directly from Canvas and received confirmation that the ticket was opened. That was over two weeks ago. I replied to the email last week and still haven't heard back. I called the Canvas support number (800) 203 6755 and the call won't connect.
The class session has already started and the learner is already behind because I cannot add him.
Is there any way to connect to a live human?
