As for our legacy version of ePortfolios, these can be organized in Pages. The table of contents could potentially be created as a Page inside the ePorfolio, but this would be needing to be done manually. For Canvas Student ePortfolios at portfolium.com, these entries are best organized in sections from the Profile view.
