Please could you help me find the area for students to create ePortfolios so that I can prepare instructions accordingly. When I view as an admin or a student I do not see that option.

I believe you can find the ePortfolios if you go to your Account on the navigation bar, and then ePortfolios. https://community.canvaslms.com/t5/Canvas-Basics-Guide/What-are-ePortfolios/ta-p/1
