BKN section 3 question 1 issue

Good day, BKN Lecturer

I am having an issue with the SS2 Case Study Video. At first, It took me days to find a way to make a video since my version of PowerPoint is old. With some assistance, I managed to make a video (11:45 AM) but now, the problem is with uploading it to studio. It keeps showing me "Failed to encode! Try disabling anti-virus software to see if it's interfering." 

I restarted my laptop, closed many apps and followed the instructions but, it still remains the same whenever I try to upload. Is it alright if I could just send the PowerPoint? I have run out of options and time with how things are going, and I do not know what else I should do.

I wish that I could help you but (1) it seems like you are having a unique issue that I have not experienced before and (2) that you are looking to ask your instructor for assistance.

For #1, I would recommend that you contact your school's Canvas team or IT Department and ask if they can help you.

For #2, I would recommend that you contact your instructor using either the Canvas Inbox (https://community.canvaslms.com/t5/Canvas-Basics-Guide/tkb-p/basics#Inbox) or using their email address.
