Canvas Studio- Unable to Edit a Quiz

I used Canvas Studio to upload a YouTube video. I then created a quiz that has questions throughout the video. I added the video to a Canvas course module, but then noticed a typo on one of the questions. I deleted the video from my course module, but am unable to edit the quiz questions or answer choices. I noticed that someone else posted about this in 2022, and I'm wondering if there's any solution now.

While this was 2020, I don't think there has been an update, yet.

Video quiz editing with tons of other quiz improvements will be coming to Studio in 2025Q1!
