We recently created a video in Studio. We added an annotation to the video that forces a pause. When played inside of a Canvas course, it works perfectly. When I used the share link and opened it outside of Canvas, that annotation and pause never displayed. We've checked the link and it's the same link as when in Canvas. Do these not display if not within Canvas?

H jhough.
When I have used the embed code in Canvas to embed the video, the annotations have not worked. It is only when I use the LTI app that I am able to have the annotations show. Since embedding outside of Canvas would only work with the embed code, those annotations have never worked. I know this question was a bit ago, but I hope this helps.
