Canvas studio

Hi,

 I have a MacBook and I was trying to record my PowerPoint slide to make a presentation. I opened my presentation and opened the Studio app and adjusted my screen to my PowerPoint. After recording when I stopped my video and played it, there was nothing there other than an empty screen with my laptop background. I just don’t know what to do?

Hi  @pa23180  !  Welcome to the Community.  Were you using dual screens or just 1?  That may seem condescending, and I apologize if it sounds that way.  I just know that the first time I used Studio, I forgot to put the recording screen on the correct screen.

I use one screen. It just disappears. After I play the video the screen is empty like the picture I attached in my first post.
