It sounds like you were reading a Canvas Guide related to their product called "Studio". "Studio" is a paid add-on product from Instructure (the folks that make Canvas). If you have "Studio", you would see a "Studio" icon on the far left-hand side of your global navigation menu within Canvas. It looks something like what is pictured under the heading "Canvas Global Navigation Menu" about half-way down this Guide: How do I access Canvas Studio? - Instructure Community - 1690 (highlighted in the red box). If you do not see the "Studio" navigation menu item in your own Canvas environment, then your Canvas administrators have not purchased this product from Instructure. You cannot purchase it on an individual basis, rather your Canvas administrators would purchase it for your entire school for all to use.
