Panopto to Canvas Studio Migration

We are preparing to migrate from Panopto to Canvas Studio. However, we have a somewhat large block of videos that are currently housed in Panopto that need to be migrated to Canvas Studio.

Is there an automated process that supports migration from Panopto to Canvas Studio?

Currently, the only process that I can find is to manually select the format of each video Panopto video stream, render/download it to the local computer and then upload to Canvas Studio.

Sorry it has taken us so long to reply to this post! In looking into this a bit here. It seems like there may be an option to request a video migration from Panopto to Canvas Studio through your Canvas account contact, typically referred to as a CSM, and would need to be contacted by an admin with your institution.  Based on some of your other posts, it seems like you are, or at least have been, an admin for the account.

From my findings, there is a processing fee for this type of request which the CSM should be able to clarify regarding this. If you do not have the CSM contact details for your account, you can always reach out to our Canvas Support Team to have this request sent through that way.
