I am really sorry your Studio Webcam video lesson was not processed or saved as expected. This is definitely a frustrating position to be in and it always tends to be at the most inopportune moment. The best option when this type of error occurs is to reach out to our Canvas Support Team. They have the ability to check into the files being up that are ultimately saved to Canvas Studio when they are processed successfully. The sooner they are contacted easier it is for them to determine what may have happened and if there are recovery options available.
