Studio zoom integration issue

I have been trying to connect Zoom and Canvas Studio, to no avail. I followed the steps outlined in the support guides. I am having the exact same issue as this person who posted about it in 2023.

Everything I've found has simply directed people to either canvas support or zoom support, who then suggest to contact the other. Or, there are views but no support comments.

Has anyone actually had this issue and then found a solution to resolve it?

I'd love to get this integration working but we're reaching the point where it won't be worth it to invest more time when it's pretty straightforward to just add the files manually.

Should I cut my losses? Or am I missing something obvious?
