I need to implement an attendance monitoring system that triggers alerts when a student's attendance rate falls below 85%. However, to avoid false alarms at the start of a course when the sample size is small (e.g., missing 1 out of 2 classes would show as 50% attendance), I'd like to set a minimum threshold of 5 lessons before the system begins sending alerts. What would be the best way to implement this conditional alert system?"
