500 error for conclude an enrollment

I'm trying to conclude a course using DELETE /api/v1/courses/:course_id/enrollments/:id and I keep getting an error [500]: An error occured, any suggestions?  All my other calls are working as expected but not this.

Hi @kat_worlded,

I have a couple follow-up questions so there is a bit more clarity around what you're doing.

1. Are you trying to conclude a course, or an individual user's enrollment in a course?
2. If it's the latter one (which is the API call you referenced in your post), are you sending the required "task" parameter so that Canvas knows what you're trying to do with the enrollment (there are 4 different options: conclude, delete, inactivate, deactivate)

If you can let us know the answers to these questions, hopefully someone will be able to figure out what may be wrong and give some guidance to help you move forward.

I am using Make.com to generate the call.

I would double check that you're using the right ID's.  The course ID is pretty straightforward, but make sure your enrollment ID's are correct (you're using an enrollment ID, not a user ID).
