UI suggestion - autostart cursor in discussion reply dialogue box

When replying to a discussion post, the dialogue box opens but the cursor does automatically start in the box, which is the norm with all discussion forums and websites. This is a small yet surprisingly annoying issue. 

Current Workflow:

1. read post
2. click "reply" 
3. start typing
4. realise nothing is being recorded
5. click dialogue box
6. start typing for real this time
7. repeat ad nauseum
