Canvas Free Account Teacher (Cannot create courses)

A colleague of mine has a Free Canvas Account for Teachers. For some reason or the other, she can no longer create courses. Has anyone experienced this or knows the reason why this is happening?

Note that she was able to do this before.

Any insights will be greatly appreciated.
