Delete Canvas Account - Incomplete Help Menu

I want the entirety of my Canvas account deleted. My help menu is missing the link that would allow me to contact support, probably because I (think) I signed up with an institution. However, my URL indicates that I have a free-for-teacher account (https://canvas.instructure.com). How can I get my information and account deleted?

Hi @DeletedUser,

When you are logged into Canvas Free for Teachers (FFT) and you click on "Help", do you see an option for "Report a Problem"? Below is a screenshot from inside my FFT account.

According to the "When should I contact Canvas Support about a FFT request?" section of Canvas Free-for-Teacher FAQ that method is supposed to be used to request that a Canvas FFT user account be deleted.

No, "Report a Problem" isn't there. The only link is the video conferencing guides one. This leads me to believe that my account is managed by the institution, but my URL leads me to believe otherwise.

Hello! I also have quite the same problem and want my Canvas account to be permanently/forever deleted, as I am no longer a user of this platform and don't want my information to be stored somewhere where I am no longer present. Thank you!

Yes, I can contact the University to find out if the problem is on their end.
