Hi,

I need help. I have a student account, and for one of my courses, I needed to set up a free teacher account; while setting it up, I used the wrong email address. So now I have my student canvas and the free teacher account under the same address, and I am having issues with my login. Can you please help me change my login email for my free-for-teachers account or, if necessary, delete it altogether?

You can request an account deletion by clicking on the Help button via your global navigation menu and clicking 'Report a Problem'. Please note, you must be actively enrolled in at least one course with the Teacher role for the report a problem link to appear, so if you aren't in a course as a teacher, please create a course with a random name, then refresh your page and click the help link again to click on the report a problem link. After that, please fill out the form with your request to delete your account.

You can request an account deletion for free for teacher by clicking on the Help link via your global navigation menu, then click Report a Problem and fill out the form. If you do not see this link, please report to your dashboard page, click the Start a New Course button, put a random name in for the course, create the course, then click the help link again and see if the report a problem link appears. This link is only available to teacher accounts, which is why you need to be enrolled in a course as a teacher for it to appear.
