Delete profile or merge profiles to one

I accidentally created two profiles under the same email address. I would like to delete one of them. My instructors have requested I delete one of them to avoid confusion but I do not see a way to do that.

I have two different usernames and I only need one. 

Please help

One username is : SimeonDieterle

The other one is : Simeon.Dieterle

both are with email: Simeon.Dieterle@gmail.com

I only need one of those

Are you by chance using Free for Teacher? Your URL would be canvas.instructure.com or k12.instructure.com. If so, good news for ya! You are able to self merge your two accounts together. If you are not using free for teacher, that's also okay! It's possible your institution enabled this feature for you. If not, it would be best to reach out to your school's canvas admin for assistance.

Unfortunately, the general Canvas user does not have the ability to delete their own Canvas account. That would be something you'd need to reach out to your Canvas admin to get assistance for.
