I am using a FFT account and my account appears to be locked. It's telling me to verify my username and password but nothing has changed - I was just logged in three days ago (albeit on a different computer). I requested a change password email but nothing has come through in over an hour. Is there another way to reset my account other than waiting for an email that may or may not show up? I'm using work email and I don't think IT is filtering emails because I get others from Canvas - I do not have access to emails IT filters out. Help!

Are you by chance using the canvas.instructure.com FFT domain or k12.instructure.com K12 FFT domain?
I recommend ensuring this message hasn't been sent to your spam. When it comes to resetting the password, double clicking the 'next' button after entering your email is required for the message to be sent to your inbox, for some reason.
There's currently a glitch with some accounts on the login system from a recent update, so I think that's why it happened. But, I'm glad you found the email and that you got back in!

The email showed up about 8 hours after I requested it - password reset and I'm in.
Still no idea why it happened in the first place...
