Google LTI Not Accepting student submissions

Students in some of my classes do not have the ability to upload assignments from Google into Canvas. I am a teacher using the Free for Teachers Canvas account. I set up my new classes the same as I have in the past so I'm not sure what's going on.

Make sure the students in their settings have moved Google Drive over to their accepted services.  Settings can be found when they click Account on the lefthand bar.

I would suggest asking the students that are facing this issue if they are using their Google EDU account (so school email) and not their personal Gmail accounts to connect.
