Hi there @Playboy1109 ,
Thank you for asking on the Instructure Community!
Unfortunately, Free for Teacher does not provide you with access to admin-level functionality. This is a feature only available for paid canvas accounts. Paid canvas accounts are purchased by schools or entire school districts that need access to their own environment to manage all of their institution's courses and users, and not by individual users.
I will share a link with you that will provide you with some information about the differences between a paid account and a free for teacher account so you can see what you're still able to do. https://community.canvaslms.com/t5/Canvas-Resource-Documents/Canvas-Account-Comparison/ta-p/387052
Another solution would be to host Canvas LMS on your own server, however, that set-up can be very difficult and complex, and will likely still cost you money in some way.
I'm sorry that this isn't the news you were hoping for, however I still hope this helps!
Best,
Noah
