I created an agent in Elevenlabs. It has an embed code, but that embed code does not seem to work in my Canvas Classroom.
Is it possible to embed an agent in my classroom?
Solved! Go to Solution.
I actually just tested this out with ElevenLabs for the first time, after I submitted my first response I become very curious.
So, it looks like they only provide you with one embed code, and unfortunately, this doesn't seem to be an embed code that Canvas supports. That being said, there's a good chance that you will not be able to embed the chat widgets into Canvas, due to how ElevenLabs has things set up. However, they do also provide you with a URL, you could always copy that url and add it to your Canvas module using the url item or into an assignment! Maybe that would be a good solution for you, as well?
Thought I'd just add on!

Hi @BevinGinder ,
While I am not super familiar with ElevenLabs, I thought I'd mention this. Sometimes, there are different embed codes provided for different types of embeds and depending on where it's being embedded. While Canvas does support several embed codes, it doesn't respond to all of them, again depending on how things are set-up. That is something that I have experienced multiple times in the past while trying to embed videos, or other resources like that.
Is there an option on ElevenLabs that allows you to see multiple different types of embed codes? Sorry I couldn't be too much help, but I hope this gets you in the right direction, somehow. I'd also make sure that any mandatory integrations with ElevenLabs that need to be directly added to Canvas for those embeds to actually work has also been completed and works as intended. Not sure if that's something you need to worry about, though.
I hope this helps... always feel free to reach back out and catch up if you need any more assistance!
All the best,
Noah
