The Instructure Community will enter a read-only state on November 22, 2025 as we prepare to migrate to our new Community platform in early December.

I have multiple students not able to log in from sso.canvaslms.com. It is staying that it took to long. How would I fix this? I have tried going through the instructure website, directing them to canvas.instructure.com, but when I do that, it shows they are not logged in. When we are trying to log in, it redirects to the sso page. Help please! I'm at the end of our trimester and it is getting to crunch time.
ETA, here are pictures of the two screens we are battling with.

According to status.instructure.com, this issue has been resolved. If you still experience issues, I recommend reaching out directly to Canvas Technical Support for assistance.
