Student Passwords Rejected

I created a FFT course and my students were able to register, but now about half of them cannot log back in. When they try, it says "Invalid username or password". When they try to reset their password, the email never comes. Can someone help with this? This course is through a nonprofit, so there is no school admin or tech support to go to.

Thank you! I am not sure how to enable private messages though, I don't seem to have that option under Preferences.

Hello, 

Once they are connected, they have to go in the parameters to confirm their email if not, they will never receive any email to reset their password.

I am having the same thing happen to one of my students. The only way she has been able to get in is by creating a new account but every time she goes to log back in it is telling her her username or password is incorrect.
