I have tried to publish a quiz but keep getting an email saying I have not completed the registration process. I did click the link sent by Canvas & I am in my account. What can I do or why is it not allowing me to publish?

Hey @Markcpd123 ,
Welcome, and thank you for posting on the Instructure Community! We're happy to have you here.
When you first register with FFT (free for teacher), you receive two emails in your inbox associated with the email you registered with. One is sort of a welcome message to Canvas and provides you with some information, and the other one asks you to click a link to verity your email.
If you believe you clicked the link, and it's still not working, you're able to go back to your settings and there should be a little orange ! mark. If you click that, it will allow you to resend the verification email.
Does that sound like a solution for you? If not, you can also sign up with one of the cloud providers such as Google, Microsoft or Facebook, and create a new account. You'd just have to download your existing course content and re-upload it to your new account. 😊
I hope this information helps in some way! Welcome to Canvas!
