Allowing an AND relationship when assigning Mastery Paths

Currently if you wish to include an assignment/discussion etc in a mastery path, but you also want that the item to only be available to a specific section of the course you can't. Adding multiple assign settings creates an OR relationship. It would be helpful in the case of Mastery Path being assigned that it could behave in an AND relationship with other assigned sections.

It looks that an AND relationship is possible with requirements for conditional items. How to switch it from OR to AND is illustrated in the second lesson too.
