Customise text shown when Assignment or Discussion is outside of availability dates

Currently when it's outside of availability dates discussions say "This topic will be available XXX" and assignments say "This assignment is locked until XXX"

It would be really valuable if it was possible to specify alternative text to show in this situation (with the existing messages as the default if an alternative text isn't provided)

The Product Team reviewed all feature proposals recently, and unfortunately, this thread was identified as one that they would not be able to include in their current or future plans. While we appreciate your proposal, we also want to be transparent about the likelihood of something like this making it to production.
