[Discussions] Integrate emojis in the rich text editor in discussions

Emojis are only built into Canvas' Chat, but not in discussions.
It would be really useful to have such a major feature integrated into discussions through a button in the text editor.
Most people don't know the shortcut on their Mac/PC to use emojis.
They're very efficient in conversations to express our feeling by distance and need to be integrated.

We'll move this request for RCE emoji forward for broader discussion. This is already possible in many cases: users who access Canvas through the Chrome browser can right-click in the reply field and select Emoji & Symbols from the pop-out menu to insert emoji.

When will you add emoticons in Discussions?

It's such a basic and vital feature that is available on all other LMS. Please add it.

Canvas is oriented for a social constructivist approach to learning, we can't do without it!

While it is nice to have emojis available as an option, they should not be hovering inside the text box when an instructor opens a text box to write a comment on a student paper in the SpeedGrader.

The smiley face is already hovering on the edge of the empty text box. It is easy to accidentally click on it. Can those emoticons be left outside of the text box, please? Thank you.
